Club General Manager – Luxury Fitness Club

About the role

MyPT is launching a high‑end luxury fitness destination in Villa Square, UAE, and seeks a Club General Manager to lead the venture from pre‑opening through full operations. This senior role blends luxury hospitality standards with fitness expertise to create a premium member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire club operation from pre‑opening to daily execution.
• Develop and execute pre‑sales strategies, launch campaigns, and drive membership growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage heads of departments and their teams.
• Build a strong luxury service culture across all areas of the club.
• Oversee fitness, operations, sales, reception, recovery, café, and facility management.
• Monitor P&L performance, departmental cost centers, budgeting, payroll, and operational costs.
• Drive personal‑training revenue, memberships, retention, and overall profitability.
• Ensure world‑class member experience and maintain premium operational standards.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, HR, and senior management.
• Develop systems, SOPs, reporting structures, and accountability mechanisms.
• Integrate and manage the MyPT Connect digital ecosystem for bookings, assessments, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing luxury gyms, wellness clubs, or premium fitness facilities.
• Strong background in pre‑opening and pre‑sales fitness operations.
• Experience handling multi‑department operations and large teams.
• Solid understanding of P&L management and cost‑center accountability.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of revenue generation.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and lead heads of department.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
