Club Lounge Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the InterContinental Abu Dhabi team as a Club Lounge Attendant, delivering a refined and personalized experience to Club InterContinental guests. You will combine attentive food‑and‑beverage service with genuine guest engagement, ensuring every visitor feels recognized and well cared for throughout their lounge visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome Club InterContinental guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Recognise returning guests, VIPs and IHG One Rewards members, noting their preferences.
• Deliver professional food‑and‑beverage service during breakfast, afternoon tea, evening service and other lounge offerings.
• Set up and maintain buffet displays, tables, service stations and lounge areas to established standards.
• Replenish food, beverages, glassware and crockery promptly throughout service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu items, ingredients and dietary information.
• Assist guests with enquiries about hotel facilities, restaurants, transport and local attractions.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Housekeeping, Kitchen and F&B teams.
• Ensure the lounge remains clean, well‑presented and inviting at all times.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and follow up as needed.

Required profile

• Polished, service‑oriented demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to recognise and remember guest preferences.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and evenings.
