Cluster Assistant Credit Manager

About the role

The Cluster Assistant Credit Manager supports the credit function across the hotel cluster, ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and effective follow‑up on outstanding payments. This role combines data verification, reporting, and coordination with internal departments to maintain the financial health of the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and maintain organized financial files.
• Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information, classifying and coding data for journals and ledgers.
• Prepare, audit, and distribute financial, accounting, and payroll reports, and complete period‑end closing procedures.
• Issue bills, invoices, and account statements, and follow up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
• Maintain cash and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments, serve as a role model, and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards.
• Report accidents or injuries promptly and uphold confidentiality and professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in finance, accounting, or credit administration.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Professional appearance and strict confidentiality of proprietary information.
