Cluster Groups Manager (Proactive) – Sheikh Zayed Road

About the role

The Cluster Groups Manager (Proactive) drives group and events sales across the Four Points by Sheraton cluster on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and maximizing revenue from rooms, meeting spaces and ancillary services.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively solicit, develop and convert group and event business for all hotels in the assigned cluster.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, FAM trips and attend trade shows to generate leads.
• Maintain an active, qualified pipeline and ensure enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with the Cluster Revenue Team on rate strategy and with operations to ensure seamless hand‑over of confirmed business.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities across hotels and maximize total group revenue (rooms, banquet, F&B, ancillary).

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales, marketing or guest‑services experience, or a 2‑year degree in Business, Marketing or Hotel Management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
