About the role
The Cluster HR Generalist supports the management and leadership team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, handling a wide range of human‑resources matters. The role assists employees with transfer requests, oversees hiring processes, and ensures compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor‑vehicle checks and social‑security verification.
- Maintain applicant flow, orientation, and transfer request logs, and create/maintain new‑hire and personnel files in the HR information system.
- Assist with new‑employee orientation and train hires on HR processes, programs, policies and information systems.
- Monitor hiring and recruitment compliance with local, state and federal laws and company standards.
- Support payroll record processing, generate HR data reports, and answer HR‑related phone inquiries.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related HR work experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
