Cluster Human Resources Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Cluster Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities across its hotel and residential properties. You will partner with senior leaders to shape a positive colleague experience while ensuring compliance with IHG standards and UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations for InterContinental Abu Dhabi and InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi.
• Collaborate with department heads on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Drive colleague engagement, talent development, retention initiatives and learning programs.
• Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism and produce regular reports.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures and UAE labour law compliance.
• Coach and develop the local HR team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Support audits, welfare projects and other HR‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Cluster HR Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and IHG HR standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
