About the role
The Cluster IT Intern will support the hotel's technology infrastructure by installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks and related hardware. This role provides hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, user support, and network security within a hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, test and maintain LAN/WAN networks, workstations, and server systems.
- Provide end‑user support, train users on system security, and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Manage inventory of technological devices, plan equipment moves, and ensure backup media are securely stored.
- Assist in implementing network security measures and process improvements.
Required profile
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
- At least 2 years of related IT experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Network installation and configuration (LAN, WAN).
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Server system support and backup management.
- Network security implementation.
- Inventory tracking of IT assets.
