About the role
The Cluster People and Culture Manager will lead HR initiatives across the hotel, fostering a high‑morale work environment and supporting operational excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on people development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager and department heads in manpower planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and implement the annual HR strategic plan, aligning HR objectives with the hotel’s overall strategy.
- Lead recruitment, performance appraisal, training, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance staff morale and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation and Minor Hotels Group code of conduct.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR within international hospitality or similar environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Proven ability to drive people development, reward & recognition programs, and change initiatives.
