About the role

Join the hotel team and be the first point of contact for guests seeking memorable stays. As a Cluster Reservations Agent you will turn inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering the warmth and hospitality that defines our brand.

Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
Secure individual bookings, converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Maintain attention to detail by accurately recording and processing all reservations.
Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales and promote hotel services and upgrades.
Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business.
