About the role
Join the hotel team and be the first point of contact for guests seeking memorable stays. As a Cluster Reservations Agent you will turn inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering the warmth and hospitality that defines our brand.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
- Secure individual bookings, converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Maintain attention to detail by accurately recording and processing all reservations.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales and promote hotel services and upgrades.
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business.
