Cluster Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

The Cluster Sales Executive will drive revenue across Paramount Hotel Dubai’s portfolio by building and nurturing client relationships. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys market outreach, client engagement, and converting opportunities into measurable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business aligned with hotel sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, travel‑agent, wholesale, tour‑operator and transient accounts.
• Conduct regular telephone and face‑to‑face sales calls, following up promptly on leads and enquiries.
• Promote the full range of hotel products and services, delivering compelling presentations and tours.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve optimal commercial outcomes while meeting client needs.
• Create and update account plans for key clients to maximise repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest and group experiences.
• Utilise sales tools and systems to support account management and business development.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a hospitality sales or sales executive role.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Strong understanding of corporate and hotel sales markets.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, organised, proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, energetic “can‑do” attitude and genuine passion for hospitality sales.
