Cluster Social Media Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Cluster Social Media Manager will lead the social media presence for Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island and Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island, creating engaging content that drives awareness, bookings and guest loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook with measurable KPIs.
• Manage content calendars for both resorts, ensuring a distinct voice and visual identity.
• Plan, shoot and edit luxury video content, handling composition, lighting, sound and colour grading.
• Create Reels, Stories, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts and longer‑form videos tailored to each platform.
• Lead influencer identification, negotiation, hosting and performance tracking across key markets.
• Oversee community management, responding to comments, messages and coordinating guest enquiries.
• Capture event and activation coverage, curate user‑generated content and ensure proper usage rights.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce reports to optimise future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio of luxury video content personally planned, filmed and edited.
• Excellent English copywriting with ability to adapt tone across brands.
• Organisational skills to handle multiple accounts, shoots and partnerships simultaneously.

Required skills

• Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook platform expertise.
• Video production using cameras, smartphones, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
