Cluster Social Media Manager – Luxury Resorts

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will lead the social media presence for Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island and Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island. This hands‑on role blends strategy, high‑quality video production, community management and influencer partnerships to build brand awareness and drive guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook and emerging channels, defining clear KPIs for each resort.
• Plan, shoot and edit luxury‑level video content, managing storyboards, talent, locations and production schedules.
• Identify, negotiate and host local and international influencers, overseeing deliverables, usage rights and performance reporting.
• Oversee community management across all channels, responding in brand voice and coordinating guest enquiries with relevant departments.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, bookings) and produce regular reports to optimise future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio of luxury video content that you have personally planned, filmed and edited.
• Excellent English copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone across two distinct resort brands.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to capture timely content.
• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media Production or a related field is preferred.
