Cluster Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Cluster Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating visually appealing displays across multiple stores, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the shopping experience to drive sales. You will work closely with store teams and the VM manager to implement visual standards and monitor stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and replenish displays to maintain a visually appealing environment.
• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in‑store by creating eye‑catching displays that incorporate commercial sales opportunities.
• Implement brand‑specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact across the cluster.
• Regularly inspect and maintain displays, fixtures, and signage to ensure they are in good condition.
• Photograph every change made to merchandise displays.
• Rotate window displays regularly to reflect seasonal changes, promotions, or new arrivals.
• Work within budget constraints to source and acquire display materials, props, and signage.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and ensure implementation.
• Maximize placement of new lines and re‑merchandise stores when new trends emerge.
• Create store layouts according to product categories.
• Collect review and feedback on merchandise.
• Collaborate with the VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Participate in pre‑opening activities to ensure brand standards are properly implemented.
• Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyle.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
• Strong understanding of store operations and customer behavior.
• Proven ability to design and implement visual strategies that drive sales.
• Experience executing planograms and maintaining store aesthetics.
• Demonstrated track record of leading visual merchandising initiatives and adapting to brand guidelines.
