CNC Machine Operator – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will set‑up, run and monitor CNC milling and turning machines, ensuring high‑quality parts for our aviation and aerospace customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up and manage CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling and turning operations.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into production dimensions.
• Load and unload raw materials, monitor coolant levels and perform daily equipment cleaning.
• Record all machine actions, complete production and quality logs, and enter SFC data.
• Perform routine maintenance, tool changes, and general troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Inspect finished parts and conduct in‑process measurement and visual inspections to meet client specifications.
• Monitor scrap levels and report any deviations from targets.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.

Required profile

• Trade school accreditation, high school diploma or equivalent; engineering certificate/diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC milling and turning machines.
• Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
