CNC Machine Operator / Programmer

About the role

Immensa is looking for a CNC Machine Operator / Programmer to join its Dubai production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will operate and program a range of CNC equipment to deliver high‑quality spare parts for the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects covering 80 % of the machining scope, from programming to final part delivery.
• Program and operate Lathe Panther, EDM GF+, CNC Milling SunMill and act as backup for Puma SMX 2600S.
• Execute machine operation and maintenance plans according to internal procedures (IMM‑PRO‑10 & IMM‑PRO‑11) and record all activities in traveller, machine and maintenance logs.
• Develop Manufacturing Process Specifications (MPS), define tooling requirements and maintain complete project documentation, including design files and 2D drawings.
• Support the estimation team, track actual project costs and report deviations to the Production Manager.
• Monitor machine health, report anomalies, and ensure 5S cleanliness and safety compliance on the shop floor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certificate in CNC machining preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with CNC machining and programming.
• Strong understanding of ISO quality frameworks and QHSE standards.
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in G‑code programming.
• Experience with CNC machining processes.
• Familiarity with CNC programming software.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
