CNC Programmer for Router Machines

About the role

Sunreef Yachts is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands‑on experience in CNC router machining to develop and optimise programs for high‑precision marine and composite manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for router machines using CAM software, preferably PowerMill, and generate toolpaths with simulations.
• Set up and operate multi‑axis CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures and calibration.
• Monitor machining operations, adjust parameters for accuracy, and perform routine maintenance.
• Document revisions and machining processes while adhering to safety standards.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of CNC programming experience, router experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerMill and intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Alphacam and basic SolidWorks knowledge.
• Ability to read CAD files and engineering drawings.
