CNS Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The CNS Product Specialist will promote assigned central nervous system pharmaceutical products to neurologists, psychiatrists and other relevant healthcare professionals across the UAE. The role combines scientific discussion, relationship building and territory management to drive prescription growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote CNS products to neurologists, psychiatrists and other HCPs.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, hospitals, clinics and key accounts.
• Deliver scientific presentations and discuss clinical evidence and product positioning.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to maximise coverage and sales.
• Identify high‑potential prescribers, new accounts and business opportunities.
• Monitor prescription trends, competitor activity and market developments.
• Collaborate with sales management and marketing to execute brand strategies.
• Support new product launches, scientific activities and market‑penetration initiatives.
• Participate in medical conferences, roundtables and other professional engagement events.
• Prepare regular sales, territory performance and customer activity reports.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related life‑sciences discipline.
• Strong scientific knowledge of CNS disorders and ability to communicate complex medical information.
• Established relationships with relevant healthcare professionals are an advantage.
• Commercially driven, proactive, results‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
