Co-Founder (Equity‑Based) – Dubai Startup

About the role

We are seeking a serious, ambitious and business‑minded Co‑Founder to join us in building and scaling our Dubai‑based venture. This is an equity‑based position, not salaried, and requires a personal investment in the business.

Key responsibilities

• Take products to market and oversee deployment.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Build, manage and lead high‑performing teams.
• Plan budgets and manage financial resources.
• Handle vendor and partner relationships.
• Drive business development and market expansion.
• Deliver strong presentations, communications and negotiations.
• Convince clients, partners and stakeholders of the value proposition.
• Leverage a strong business network and connections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product launch, market research, team leadership, financial planning, vendor management, business development and negotiations.
• Ability to invest a minimum of AED 1 Million into the business.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Extensive business network and connections in relevant markets.
