We are seeking a Cocktail Waiter to join our team at Cipriani in Dubai, delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests at assigned tables and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Recommend items based on guest preferences
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when required
- Safely transport food and beverages from bar and kitchen
