Coffee Equipment Technician and Driver

About the role

This role combines technical support for commercial coffee equipment with driving and logistics work across the UAE. You will install, maintain and repair espresso machines, grinders and water filtration systems at client venues, while also transporting equipment and supplies and keeping the company vehicle in good order.

Key responsibilities

• Install, calibrate and commission commercial espresso machines, grinders, batch brewers and water filtration systems at client venues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting and on-site electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repairs.
• Test water hardness and TDS, and install or replace filtration systems to protect machine performance and coffee quality.
• Brief venue staff on daily equipment care, cleaning protocols and basic operation best practices.
• Transport machinery, spare parts, coffee beans and supplies across the UAE according to daily dispatch schedules.
• Plan efficient routes across the Emirates and maintain the company vehicle, including registration, service logs and safety checks.
• Preferred: receive, inspect and organise incoming shipments, keep inventory logs and pack and label goods for dispatch.

Required profile

• Valid UAE manual or automatic driving licence (mandatory).
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience with commercial espresso machines (e.g. La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Sanremo, Victoria Arduino) and coffee grinders.
• Experience driving commercial light vehicles across UAE routes.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong physical endurance for lifting and handling coffee machinery and warehouse stock.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of basic hydraulics, electrical circuitry, water filtration and pressure systems.
• Route planning and vehicle maintenance.
