About the role

As a Coffee Host at Shangri‑La Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi, you will embody traditional Arabic hospitality by greeting guests and serving Arabic coffee, dates and refreshments with professionalism and cultural respect.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve authentic Arabic coffee, dates and other refreshments to guests and visitors.
• Welcome guests warmly, maintaining high standards of traditional etiquette.
• Keep the coffee service area clean, organized and fully stocked.
• Support VIP visits, meetings and special events with courteous beverage service.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety and presentation standards while representing the hotel.

Required profile

• Knowledge of traditional Arabic coffee service and hospitality customs.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
• Confidence interacting with VIP guests and senior management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and special events.
