Coffee Machine Technician

About the role

Bidfood Middle East is seeking a Coffee Machine Technician to install, maintain, and repair Illy coffee machines across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and expert guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Install Illy coffee machines at client sites and verify optimal operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on‑site.
• Provide basic training and technical assistance to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, manage spare‑part inventory and ensure timely procurement.
• Confirm that all serviced machines meet Illy’s quality standards.
• Adhere to health‑and‑safety guidelines and industry regulations during all activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in electrical, mechanical or related fields.
• At least one month of relevant experience, preferably as a coffee‑machine technician.
• Familiarity with Illy coffee equipment is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations.
