Colleague Experience Executive

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a Colleague Experience Executive to deliver seamless employee journeys across onboarding, HR operations, relocation, accommodation, transport and immigration. The role is pivotal in ensuring high colleague satisfaction and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues and their families throughout the employment lifecycle, handling queries on relocation, immigration, accommodation, medical insurance, onboarding and probation.
• Process visa applications, renewals, employment contracts and other immigration‑related procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Management System (HCM) and perform regular data quality checks.
• Support the Colleague Induction Programme and assist with performance‑management and employee‑development initiatives.
• Manage purchase requests, invoices and coordinate with Finance and Procurement to ensure timely financial administration.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and government entities, driving continuous improvement of service standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 2‑3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative function.
• Desirable: Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and excellent communication skills in English.
