About the role
CMS Holoul is looking for motivated and responsible Collection Officers to join its growing team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidates have good communication and negotiation skills and can manage customer accounts professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and payment arrangements
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Update customer information in company systems
- Achieve assigned collection targets
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations
Required profile
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Microsoft Office skills
