Collection Specialist (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is expanding its direct presence across seven regions and is looking for a Collection Specialist based in its Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi offices. The role reports to the Head of Finance and focuses on credit control and collection, invoicing efficiency and reporting, and dispute resolution with internal teams and customers within the Service Business. About 75% of the work is field-based.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service on collection issues, process refunds, review account adjustments and resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, reconciliations and credit memos.
• Reduce delinquency on assigned accounts and support the Accounts Receivable Department.
• Work with sales and senior management to speed up collections when needed, and keep the sales department informed on customer accounts.
• Maintain good working relationships with dealers and sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance.
• Proven experience in high-volume corporate field collections.
• Valid UAE driving licence and prior UAE work experience are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, billing and collections procedures.
• Accounts receivable experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
