Commercial Consultant – Hospitality Sales

About the role

This incentive‑based position rewards motivated sales professionals who can generate new business and manage leasing transactions for hospitality‑focused clients in Dubai. You will work with an experienced commercial sales team, supporting a portfolio of office spaces and delivering end‑to‑end leasing services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide transaction services including market analysis, space tours, financial analysis and negotiation of lease terms for office space across Dubai.
• Review, negotiate and manage lease agreements, renewals, expansions and terminations.
• Prepare and update activity reports, stacking plans, lease abstracts and building specifications for property owners.
• Participate in brokerage and weekly sales meetings to share market insights and collaborate with colleagues.
• Conduct local market research, produce market snapshots, overviews and quarterly decks to support pitches.
• Network with prospective clients and build relationships within the hospitality sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in hospitality, events, high‑value product sales or commercial real estate.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional presentation.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Resident and working in Dubai.
