Commercial Consultant – Real Estate Leasing

About the role

Knight Frank MENA is seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Consultant to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on driving office leasing activities, building client relationships, and delivering high‑quality property transactions within the commercial real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Knight Frank’s business and the local office leasing market.
• Win and deliver leasing instructions, meeting agreed targets and guidelines.
• Generate new business through networking, relationship building, and market activity.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, and key market contacts.
• Advise clients on leasing strategies, market positioning, occupancy absorption, and commercial terms.
• Prepare, negotiate, and agree Heads of Terms.
• Oversee property marketing activities, including listings, presentations, tours, and collateral.
• Conduct market, occupier, and competitor research and present findings professionally.
• Report regularly to landlords on activity, market feedback, and transaction progress.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across regional and global business lines.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient leasing and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leasing Executive with a proven track record of lease renewals, new lettings, and disposals.
• Existing network of office occupiers, law firms, accountancy, and technology professional services.
• Experience working with both tenants/occupiers and landlords.
• Strong understanding of the office market, current rents, trends, and incentives.
• Knowledge of local upcoming office supply, vacancies, and active tenant requirements.
• International experience is a plus.
