About the role

A Commercial Director leads the commercial strategy, drives revenue growth, and expands market presence while ensuring overall business profitability. This senior role oversees business development, key client relationships, and the coordination of sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies and business plans.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Lead sales, business development, and commercial activities.
• Set commercial targets, KPIs, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Identify new markets, customers, products, and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in commercial management, sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of revenue growth, market expansion, and commercial strategy.
• Experience in pricing, contracts, negotiations, and key account management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Professional, strategic, proactive, organized, and results‑oriented mindset.
