Commercial & Finance Coordinator – SSSO & Club Royale

About the role

Hilton is hiring a Commercial & Finance Coordinator for its Hotels/Corporate team in Dubai, covering the SSSO and Club Royale accounts. The role combines accounting, billing and reconciliation with the goal of securing new business opportunities and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Meet month-end deadlines, post invoices and expense accounts, and track all payments and expenditures, including payroll and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton policies and prepare and process payroll, records and reports.
• Allocate monthly SSSO and Club Royale costs to multiple hotels across the UAE and the Arabian Peninsula and bill them.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time, and reconcile balance sheets for the SSSO and Club Royale accounts.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and system reports, maintain historical records, and prepare account analysis and monthly reports.
• Coordinate vendor and third-party communications and perform administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing and client communication.

Required profile

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Attention to detail, time management and experience working in a team and coordinating with other departments.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data management, financial modelling and analysis.
• Accounting and financial reporting.
