Commercial Governance Adviser

About the role

The Commercial Governance Adviser will design, implement and continuously improve the commercial governance framework, ensuring commercial risks are managed while supporting business growth. This 6‑month fixed‑term position is based in Dubai and works closely with sales and commercial teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance commercial governance processes, policies and controls, ensuring risks are identified, monitored and mitigated.
• Drive adherence to governance requirements, influence stakeholders and embed governance into day‑to‑day operations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs and leadership reporting, using data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
• Lead reviews of commercial processes, identify gaps in CRM usage and policy compliance, and execute quality‑control frameworks.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in commercial risk management, preferably in oil & gas, energy, industrial manufacturing or technology‑enabled commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive change across sales organisations.
