Commercial Lead

About the role

L’Oréal is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive business growth across the Middle East. You will translate commercial strategy into actionable plans, forge strong partnerships with key customers, and uncover new opportunities across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial plans that support growth and profitability.
• Build strategic partnerships with key retailers and e‑commerce platforms.
• Lead commercial negotiations and joint business planning with customers.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, using data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other teams to align launches, promotions, assortment and product availability.
• Support the development of omnichannel initiatives and stronger customer experiences.
• Lead and develop team members where applicable.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial, sales, key account management or e‑commerce roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven approach to decision‑making and problem‑solving.
• Understanding of retail and omnichannel dynamics; Middle East market experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
