About the role
A fast-growing disputes boutique is looking for Common Law qualified solicitors (mid-senior associate) to join its Dubai office. The practice covers commercial litigation (80%) and international arbitration (20%), acting on complex cross-border matters for sovereigns, state entities and multinational corporates. The partner is expanding the team at associate and senior associate level.
Required profile
- DIFC Courts experience is essential; ability to run or support DIFC litigation files confidently.
- At least 2 years of DIFC litigation experience.
- Strong grounding in commercial disputes; arbitration exposure is beneficial but not essential.
- Common law qualification required.
- Must be based in the UAE.
