Commercial Manager – GCC

About the role

MoneyGram is seeking a Commercial Manager for the GCC region to support and grow its network of key partners. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned agents, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, pricing management, and issue resolution while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily and long‑term agent issues, escalating to relevant internal departments as needed.
• Coordinate resources to resolve problems before they affect transaction volume and revenue.
• Maintain regular communication with multiple internal departments and external agents.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with assigned agents, providing ongoing support.
• Identify growth opportunities and process enhancements within the agent portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Pricing Team, monitor FX performance, and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Execute strategies to maximize customer revenue contribution.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of sales calls, trends, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present information for business reviews and influence decisions.
• Communicate new or updated business processes to agents and participate in internal training.
