About the role

Riva Maison is expanding its commercial division and seeks an experienced Dubai commercial broker to build and close business in key commercial areas such as Jebel Ali, JAFZA and Dubai South. The role focuses on sourcing inventory, developing landlord relationships and driving transactions across warehouses, offices, retail and industrial spaces. The position offers the opportunity to build your own commercial desk and benefit from extensive marketing and data resources.

Key responsibilities

• Source commercial inventory and secure stock for the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Prospect daily, generate leads and close leasing or sale deals.
• Manage the end‑to‑end transaction process from listing to contract execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a commercial real‑estate broker in Dubai.
• Own a valid UAE residence visa.
• Track record of closing commercial property transactions.
