Commercial Roofing Technician / Inspector

About the role

We are looking for experienced Commercial Roofing Technicians to perform field inspections of low‑slope roofing systems. The role involves completing documentation, taking photos, and ensuring safety and quality standards on job sites across the Beachwood area.

Key responsibilities

• Review and confirm scheduled work orders.
• Perform on‑site roof inspections in partnership with the foreman.
• Document inspection findings, take photos, and complete required forms (electronic or hard copy).
• Check material compliance with specifications and proper storage.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed using designated tools.
• Report inspection results for TremCare, QA, and QA Plus processes.

Required profile

• Prior experience inspecting commercial, low‑slope roofing systems.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable punctuality and professional conduct.

Required skills

• Knowledge of low‑slope roofing systems.
• Familiarity with Tremco roofing products and applications.
• Proficiency in roof inspection procedures.
• Use of safety inspection tools and equipment.
• Photo documentation of work phases.
