About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Commis 2 you will brighten guests' days by preparing great‑tasting food and delivering memorable dining experiences in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, conduct quality control and perform inventory checks.
- Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean, stocked and sanitary workspace while following food safety protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items to meet inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- A passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
- Integrity, teamwork and a sense of ownership in daily tasks.
