About the role

The Commis Chef supports the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality food service across all kitchen sections at Premier Inn Barsha Heights. You will help maintain hygiene standards, control stock and ensure consistent portioning while contributing to a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation and service across all kitchen stations.
• Monitor stock levels, communicate needs, and minimise waste through proper storage and portion control.
• Follow company food‑hygiene guidelines and complete the Daily Diligence Diary.
• Prepare dishes according to set recipes, ensuring quality and quantity standards.
• Support a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Commis Chef in a 3‑star or higher hotel.
• Background in hotel/F&B operations; culinary degree is an advantage.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
