About the role
One&Only Resorts is seeking a Commis I to join the Italian Cuisine team at the One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai on a seasonal basis. The successful candidate will support the kitchen by maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while preparing all mise‑en‑place before service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the highest quality levels of kitchen production and food presentation.
- Prepare and organise all mise‑en‑place accurately prior to the start of service.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef in an upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast‑paced kitchen.
- Effective communication skills in English.
