Commis II - Bakery

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is hiring a Commis II for its bakery. The role prepares and presents high-quality bakery items, breads, pastries and desserts according to Four Seasons standards, supporting daily production for all outlets and events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present bakery items, breads, pastries and desserts to Four Seasons standards.
• Support daily mise en place and production so bakery products are delivered on time for all outlets and events.
• Maintain consistent product quality, presentation and portion control.
• Follow standardized recipes and help develop new bakery offerings and seasonal specialties.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and handling of food products in line with food safety standards.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized and hygienic.
• Work with the culinary team to deliver guest experiences and support operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume environment.
• Passion for baking, creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team while keeping quality standards.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of bakery techniques and ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
