Commis II – Crust Kitchen

About the role

The Commis II supports the chefs in daily kitchen operations at the Crust Kitchen within Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, onsite position ensures high standards of food preparation and kitchen hygiene while contributing to a luxury guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food items according to standard procedures, recipe cards and chef instructions.
• Support Commis I, Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen tasks.
• Maintain clean, sanitized and organized workstations, equipment and utensils.
• Handle deliveries, check and store them properly as instructed.
• Follow food handling, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior kitchen staff, Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
• High level of understanding of kitchen operations.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
