About the role
The Commis II supports the kitchen team at Radisson Blu Ajman by preparing and producing high‑quality food in line with brand standards and HACCP regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the production and preparation of all food items within the assigned section, ensuring smooth operation.
- Follow Radisson Blu recipes, portion control guidelines, and presentation standards while minimizing waste.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices and keep the workstation ready at all times.
- Report equipment issues and collaborate with the Chef de Partie for quality improvements.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of menu items, specials, and their recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Commitment to health, safety, and food‑safety regulations.
