Commis Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury restaurant in Abu Dhabi. You will be part of the COYA family, delivering high‑end service in a fast‑paced environment while showcasing Latin American hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly table service to guests.
• Support senior wait staff in delivering a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at the service stations.
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery.

Required profile

• Previous waiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end hospitality venue.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure.
• Fluency in French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
