Commission‑Only B2B SaaS Sales Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B SaaS Sales Partner to expand Underlayer, an embedded learning platform that enables companies to deliver training directly inside their products and workflows. This is a fully remote, commission‑only position for a self‑motivated professional who can prospect, build relationships, run sales conversations, and close high‑value SaaS deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential Underlayer customers.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Contact decision‑makers, understand their learning and training needs, and demonstrate the value of Underlayer.
• Run discovery and sales conversations, coordinating technical/product discussions when required.
• Negotiate and close contracts, then maintain ongoing relationships.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities with existing customers.

Required profile

• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Comfortable with commission‑only compensation and independent opportunity generation.
• Experience selling to businesses, not just consumers.
• Strong consultative selling skills and confidence communicating with decision‑makers.
• Ability to sell technical products without being a developer.
• Existing relationships or access to relevant industries (e.g., LMS/LXP, e‑learning, corporate training, HRTech).
