Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Communications Manager to lead external and internal communication initiatives, enhance brand reputation, and drive engagement across diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR, corporate communications, and media engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage press releases, media pitches, corporate announcements, executive communications, and thought‑leadership content.
• Identify and secure media opportunities, interviews, speaking engagements, and industry features.
• Plan and support communication campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
• Create engaging content for articles, newsletters, presentations, social media, and leadership communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and develop communication plans.
• Support corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership forums.
• Monitor media coverage and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
• Strong experience in media relations, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Background in a PR/communications agency or fast‑paced in‑house environment managing multiple brands or business units.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Energetic, confident, relationship‑driven, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Storytelling, copywriting, and content creation.
• Experience creating presentations, executive briefs, and campaign assets.
• Design capabilities and familiarity with creative tools (considered a strong advantage).
