Community Events & Tenant Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Community Events & Tenant Engagement Specialist is responsible for designing, planning and delivering a full calendar of community activities that foster strong relationships with tenants and residents. The role bridges event management, tenant interaction and cross‑functional coordination to create a vibrant, engaging living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual calendar of community events, celebrations and activities.
• Plan and execute events from concept to on‑site delivery, managing budgets, timelines, vendors and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Facilities, Security, Operations) and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Track and analyse event attendance, feedback and satisfaction to continuously improve programming.
• Build and sustain relationships with tenants and residents, gathering insights to shape relevant activities.
• Collect tenant feedback and act on it to enhance future events.
• Prepare regular reports on attendance, engagement, costs and KPI performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in event management, community engagement or resident experience.
• Proven track record of direct tenant/resident interaction and successful event delivery.
• Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
