About the role

As Community Head at Daos Hub in Dubai, you will architect an ecosystem of trust, opportunity, and strategic connection for scale‑ups and industry leaders, turning a high‑calibre community into a powerful engine for business value.

Key responsibilities

• Build structured, high‑context profiles for each resident to understand their business and strategic priorities.
• Translate insights into actionable opportunities such as partnerships, hires, deals, visibility, and ecosystem access.
• Proactively facilitate high‑value introductions across founders, operators, investors, and partners.
• Track and evaluate the impact of connections to ensure real outcomes are generated.
• Design and execute curated, senior‑level formats that deliver meaningful business value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in community building, partnerships, ecosystem development, or senior relationship management.
• Strong understanding of scale‑up and mature company needs, including growth, partnerships, hiring, and market expansion.
• Proven ability to create value through strategic introductions and ecosystem facilitation.
• Experience working closely with founders, senior operators, investors, or industry leaders.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); existing Dubai ecosystem network is a strong plus.
