Community Management Executive

About the role

The Community Management Executive will lead the development and execution of community engagement initiatives across multiple social media platforms. This role combines proactive interaction with customers, brand monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall online presence of Miral Destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Foster meaningful interactions on Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages and mentions promptly, adhering to brand tone of voice and engagement rules.
• Identify and engage with online communities that align with brand objectives.
• Serve as the front‑line representative for customer inquiries, concerns and feedback on social channels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Monitor brand mentions, track sentiment and analyze social media metrics.
• Assist the Social Media Manager in strategy development and reporting.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, analytics and community sentiment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑centric role, preferably in social media community management.
• Excellent written English and/or Khaleej Arabic.
• Strong computer and typing skills with comfort using web‑based applications.
• Detail‑oriented written communication and ability to manage evolving priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprinklr or similar social media engagement platforms.
• In‑depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience using social media monitoring and analytics tools.
