Company Driver – Transport Employees & Executives

About the role

Kayana is seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Company Driver to support daily business operations across the UAE. You will be responsible for transporting employees, executives, visitors and company materials while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and punctuality.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, executives, visitors and company representatives to designated locations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE traffic laws and road‑safety regulations.
• Monitor fuel levels, arrange refuelling and coordinate servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Deliver and collect company documents, packages and other materials.
• Support airport pickups, client visits, meetings and other transportation needs.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle servicing.
• Keep vehicle registration, insurance and related documentation up to date.
• Report accidents, traffic violations or any vehicle issues immediately.
• Assist with general operational and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE, preferably on Dubai and surrounding Emirates roads.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Professional appearance, good English communication skills and ability to represent the company positively.
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on business needs.
• Punctual, reliable and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Valid UAE Driving License
• 2+ years of UAE driving experience
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubai and Emirates road networks
