Compensation & Benefits Manager – HR Controlling

About the role

The Compensation & Benefits Manager leads HR Controlling and Compensation & Benefits for Christian Dior Couture Middle East, acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership, finance, and regional headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Own workforce financial planning and governance, including headcount, FTE, payroll costs, accruals and inter‑company recharges.
• Review and approve workforce planning activities to ensure alignment with budgets and corporate policies.
• Prepare and manage HR budgets, forecasts and revisions, and analyse variances.
• Oversee payroll governance, validate adjustments, accruals and financial reporting, and support audits.
• Produce executive dashboards, workforce analytics, simulations and scenario analyses.
• Develop and administer compensation programs that meet corporate philosophy, internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Manage variable compensation schemes such as sales incentives, commissions and performance bonuses.
• Administer employee benefits programmes and manage relationships with insurance and payroll vendors.

Required profile

• Significant independent judgment and decision‑making authority.
• Proven experience in HR controlling, budgeting and payroll governance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing compensation strategy and employee benefits in a multinational environment.
